Job Summary
Audit, post, and balance daily financial transactions for rooms and food & beverage outlets, reconciling credit card systems and preparing revenue reports from Point of Sale data. Greet, check-in, and checkout guests at the front desk while answering inquiries and resolving challenges to ensure satisfaction. Handle cash and credit policies, operate the front office computer system, and support team members as needed during the overnight shift. Maintain a clean work area, follow emergency procedures, and complete all shift checklists efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to understand and apply complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives.
- Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
- Ability to attend to guests, associates and management in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner which requires strong customer service as well as written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to speak, read, write and communicate in English to adequately perform the duties of the job.
- This is an overnight position.
