Night Auditor

Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly while maintaining files and resetting the system for the next day of operations. Perform bookkeeping activities, including balancing accounts, auditing and reconciling cashiers and credit cards, and inputting financial information into the BRAINS network. Keep records of room availability and guest accounts, then prepare and distribute daily reports. Check guests in and out, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints to ensure overall guest satisfaction. Requires previous night audit or accounting experience, computer skills, and availability for varying schedules including weekends and holidays.
