Job Summary
Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset the system for the next day of operations while performing Guest Service Agent tasks. Perform bookkeeping activities, such as balancing accounts and conducting nightly audits, and keep records of room availability and guests' accounts. Audit and reconcile cashiers and credit cards, then input and update financial information into the BRAINS network. Check guests in/out, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints to ensure overall guest satisfaction. Requires standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Previous night audit/accounting experience required; FSD required within 90 days.
