Job Summary
Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset the system for the next day of operations while performing Guest Service Agent tasks. Conduct nightly audits, reconcile cashiers and credit cards, and prepare daily reports. Input financial information into the BRAINS network and check guests in/out, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints. Ensure overall guest satisfaction and practice safe work habits. Requires standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Schedule varies and may include holidays and weekends. Previous night audit experience required; FSD certification required within 90 days.
