Job Summary
Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly while performing Guest Service Agent tasks and duties. Maintain files, reset the system for the next day of operations, and prepare daily reports. Audit and reconcile cashiers and credit cards, inputting financial information into the BRAINS network. Check guests in/out, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints to ensure overall guest satisfaction. Requires previous night audit or accounting experience, computer skills, and a high school diploma. Schedule varies and may include holidays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Previous night audit/accounting experience
- Equivalent training to previous night audit/accounting experience
- Computer knowledge
- Excel skills
- Arithmetic skills
- FSD certification
- Ability to work on holidays
- Ability to work on weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to walk
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
