Job Summary
Night Auditor/Guest Service Agent combines an overnight audit shift with afternoon/evening guest service duties. Performs all front desk functions including check-in/out, cash handling, balancing receipts, and auditing the previous day’s entries; may assist with breakfast setup and food service. Often the sole on-site team member during extended shifts, responsible for guest safety and providing courteous, efficient service with a +1 Service Attitude to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Company offers incentives (quarterly bonus up to $3,200 annually), flexible scheduling, benefits, and opportunities for growth; location at 7301 Shallowford Rd, Chattanooga, TN.
