Night Auditor

Night Auditor responsible for front desk operations and night-time revenue activities, including posting charges, running night audit backup, and rolling the date. Duties include guest registration and room assignment, handling cash with proper procedures, operating reservations software, knowledge of room rates and promotions, delivering courteous service, and maintaining front desk and back-office cleanliness. Requires familiarity with brand reward programs, emergency procedures, guest problem resolution guidelines, and the ability to assist guests and fellow associates to ensure smooth nightly operations. Must be punctual, properly attired, and able to work flexible night shifts; physical duties include standing, walking, lifting up to 50+ lbs, and constant communication with guests. The role is based at Janesville, WI location with in-person responsibilities; driving requirements include having a valid license and insurance. The hotel operates 24/7 and shifts may rotate to meet guest needs.
