Job Summary
Overnight Night Auditor and Front Desk Agent responsible for delivering exceptional guest service during overnight hours while completing the daily accounting and auditing functions of the hotel. This role combines front desk operations with night audit responsibilities, requiring organization, dependability, and detail orientation. Serves as the primary hotel representative overnight, assisting guests, processing arrivals and departures, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately balanced and reported, and maintaining a safe, secure environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk, guest service, cash handling, or night audit experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer and accounting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to remain professional and calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
