Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service to all guests, execute check-in and check-out procedures, and answer inquiries while processing new reservations. Administer night audit functions, balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly, and reconcile daily transactions in accordance with policies. Handle cash securely, manage guest room keys, and resolve problems promptly while maintaining files for the next day. Work an 8-hour shift from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, with flexibility from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am, including weekends and holidays. Requires a valid Class G Driver's License and proficiency in Excel and basic accounting.
