Job Summary
Night Auditor (Full-Time) at Epicurean Hotel responsible for overnight front desk operations, end-of-day financial auditing, and delivering exceptional guest service. Balance and audit room revenue, food and beverage revenue, banquet revenue, cashier reports, and guest and house accounts; prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports; reconcile cashier reports with the restaurant system; process overnight check-ins/check-outs and reservations; maintain security and professionalism during overnight hours; communicate with other departments and uphold hotel policies. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to work overnight shifts, and proficiency with PMS and basic computer applications. Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, customer service, and independent work ethic are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior hotel front desk, night audit, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Basic accounting or auditing experience is a plus.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal direction.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
