Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and handling reservations. Perform night audit duties including balancing revenue accounts, ensuring transaction accuracy, and following cash-handling protocols. Maintain guest security through proper key management and adhere to policies while preparing the system for the next day. Available to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
