Job Summary
Greet guests upon arrival, check them in, and respond professionally to arriving, departing, and in-house guests while answering phones and emails within the third ring. Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions, verify and balance F&B Micros, and adjust accounts as needed, ensuring accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. Monitor property security, coordinate room solutions with proper departments, and distribute required audit processes and reports. Maintain the lobby area by vacuuming, dusting, and setting up welcome supplies, then help set up the breakfast area for morning readiness. Serve as Manager on duty for the overnight shift, contacting hotel leadership for operational matters, and follow proper cash/check/credit card/AR control procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Experience with PMS or similar
- Ability to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written
- Self Starter, must show initiative, including anticipating guest and operational needs
- Have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, or variable shifts based on business needs
- Those who are ineligible to work in the United States will not be considered
