Job Summary
Perform front desk duties including guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing during night shifts. Conduct night audits to verify account accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and issues while ensuring hotel security and safety during overnight hours. Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and maintain knowledge of hotel services and local attractions. Maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere. Requires prior cash handling experience, high school diploma, and ability to work flexible hours including overnights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Prior cash handling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
