Job Summary
Overnight shift coverage as the Manager on Duty, resolving guest concerns, handling emergencies, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Manage the front desk, complete auto-posting of charges, and prepare daily forecasts for arrivals and departures. Support the entire Front Office department, including Bellperson and Concierge duties, while maintaining accurate billing and adhering to credit and cash-handling policies. Available to work Saturday and Sunday overnight shifts with varying schedules based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Previous hotel or service-related experience
- Must be available to work overnight shift on Saturday and Sunday
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Must be able to speak and understand the primary language(s) used by guest who visit the workplace
- Requires finger agility, grasping, writing, constant standing, sitting, frequent walking, repetitive motions, visual insight, and may, on occasion, lift and carry up to 40 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- At least a two-year Associate degree preferred, but not required
- Additional college education is a plus
