Night Auditor & Front Desk Associate

Conduct all aspects of guest relations including check-in/out processes, handle inquiries, and manage reservations. Run night audit reports and provide personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining to enhance the guest stay. Occasionally assist with cleaning or support other departments as needed. Resolve guest complaints immediately while maintaining courteous phone etiquette and protecting guest information. Ensure 100% guest satisfaction through professional communication and teamwork. Complete all brand and company training in a timely manner. Flexibility to work shifts is required, and you must be able to work with little supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
