Job Summary
Answer guest inquiries by phone and email regarding online and onsite programming, amenities, and bookings. Perform nightly audit procedures, balance all revenue sources, and complete daily financial reports. Execute closing and opening system functions while adhering to Front Desk policies. Provide front desk services during nighttime hours, assisting guests onsite with questions about available offerings.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Proficient with Microsoft office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Demonstrated ability to speak and write fluently in English
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Demonstrated success in problem solving and the ability to collaborate with others to find a solution
- Professional & reliable
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must have strong math and money handling skills
- Must be able to lift 25Lbs
