Job Summary
Conduct front desk operations including guest check-ins/outs, cash handling, and daily receipt auditing to verify balances. Manage breakfast setup, service, and cleaning while maintaining the lobby area in a clean, organized state. Serve as the sole team member on property during overnight shifts, ensuring guest safety, security, and a courteous, efficient service experience. Handle inquiries and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude while adhering to hotel policies and safety rules. Work flexible shifts with quarterly bonus opportunities up to $3,200 annually.
