Job Summary
Oversee hotel operations during the night shift by performing end-of-day accounting, reconciling room revenues, and balancing cash and credit card transactions. Assist with check-in and check-out processes while monitoring security to ensure all entrances and exits remain secure. Provide exceptional customer service by handling guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other staff to maintain smooth operations throughout the night. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in hotel operations or accounting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult guest situations with tact and diplomacy
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with hotel property management systems and financial reporting software
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with hotel staff and guests
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during the night shift
