Night Auditor

Conduct nightly accounting, resolve guest complaints, and manage check-ins and check-outs while upholding Guest Service Standards. Process currency exchanges, payments, and adjustments to guest accounts, then reconcile telephone calls and miscellaneous charges. Operate the Property Management System to verify room rates, post banquet charges, and balance all accounts. Secure the bank, maintain cleanliness of work areas, and distribute daily flash and morning reports. Close the Point of Sale system, backup computer files, and sign out to the relief supervisor before the 7am shift end.
