Night Auditor

Handle check-ins and check-outs, answer guest calls, and resolve complaints while upholding service standards. Manage nightly accounting by computing, classifying, and recording financial data to maintain complete records. Perform runner duties for housekeeping, process currency exchanges, and reconcile telephone and miscellaneous accounts. Operate the Property Management System, verify room rates, audit cashier work, and close the Point of Sale system after balancing all accounts. Monitor bank security, run end-of-day and morning reports, and distribute flash reports. Document maintenance needs, attend training sessions, and sign out briefs to the oncoming supervisor during the 11pm to 7am overnight shift.
