Conduct nightly hotel accounting by reconciling telephone calls, miscellaneous accounts, and vendor activity while auditing cashier reports for rooms, food, beverage, and banquet charges. Process currency exchanges, payments, adjustments, rebates, and credits; verify room rates, tax calculations, and package postings on house accounts. Operate the Property Management System, input sales figures, balance accounts, and close the Point of Sale system after verifying all checks and distributing daily flash and morning reports. Monitor guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
