Job Summary
Conduct nightly accounting, reconcile guest accounts, and audit cashier work for Food & Beverage and Rooms. Process currency exchanges, post adjustments, and verify room rates within the Property Management System. Resolve guest complaints, monitor cleanliness, and secure the bank. Close the Point of Sale system, run end-of-day and morning reports, and distribute flash reports. Brief relief staff and document maintenance needs. Work the overnight shift from 11pm to 7am, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work the overnight shift 11pm -7am
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- One year previous experience in a similar position in a hotel
- Basic computer skills required
