Job Summary
Night Auditor responsible for front desk duties during the overnight shift, including check-ins/outs, handling guest calls, and nightly accounting tasks. Will verify and post financial data, balance cash and postings, audit reports, run end-of-day procedures, and provide support to housekeeping as a runner. Requires strong numerical accuracy, familiarity with hotel systems (PMS/POS), and excellent guest service during late hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year experience in a hotel (front desk or night audit)
- Ability to work overnight shift (11pm-7am)
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
