Job Summary
Overnight Night Auditor handles front desk duties during the audit shift, balances the revenue and expenses for the day, processes late check-ins and early check-outs, adheres to payment and cash handling policies, and generates nightly reports for distribution to designated departments. The role requires strong guest service and communication skills to meet and exceed guest expectations, with preferred qualifications including hotel experience, English/Spanish bilingual ability, and knowledge of local activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding
- Computer experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele
