Job Summary
Welcome guests, process reservations and payments, and maintain accurate guest accounts by posting room and dining charges. Balance daily revenue, resolve discrepancies, and complete end-of-day audit procedures to prepare financial reports for department leaders. Ensure smooth and secure overnight resort operations while answering questions about the resort and local attractions. Work independently during overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 6:30 AM, requiring standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be proficient with retail point-of-sale systems
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, front desk, or cash-handling experience
