Job Summary
Process credit card transactions and daily revenue for all outlets, handle phone systems and reservations, and manage check-in and check-out procedures. Verify room availability, balance transactions, prepare folios for departing guests, and maintain lobby appearance. Monitor hotel safety and emergency procedures during the night shift. This part-time role involves Friday and Saturday shifts from 11pm to 7am, 2-3 days a week as needed. Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred, with OPERA experience as a plus.
