Job Summary
Night Auditor at Concord Hospitality: front desk role during the overnight shift responsible for processing credit card transactions for the day, handling phone calls and reservations, verifying and balancing room availability, performing check-in/check-out procedures, administering guest payment policies, preparing folios for departing guests, and maintaining lobby appearance. Must be capable of working with minimal supervision, monitor for safety and weather-related issues, and contribute to a positive guest experience through proactive, caring service.
