Job Summary
Balance paperwork, cash drawers, deposits, credit cards, and submit batches while inputting revenue, expenses, and allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports. Complete front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, room moves, late checkouts, and stay-overs. Answer guest questions regarding hotel services and amenities. Work evening/overnight shifts accommodating nights, weekends, and holidays. Carry and lift up to 25 pounds while standing, sitting, walking, bending, twisting, and climbing stairs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- six months to one year of related experience
- ability to work evening/overnight shifts
- strong computer skills
- people-person
- ability to interact with all hotel guests and team members in a polite and positive way at all times
- ability to fulfill requests (even challenging ones) in a timely manner
- ability to work well under pressure
- ability to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand/sitting
- ability to carry/lift up to 25 pounds
