Job Summary
Manage hotel financial records, process invoices and transactions, and prepare employee checks while verifying account balances. Check guests in and out, respond to requests and complaints, answer phones, and make reservations. Summarize nightly operations and list follow-up tasks before following End of Day procedures. Required Qualifications
