Review all guaranteed arrivals and verify credit card validity by running numbers not already in house. Explain promotional items to each guest checking in and respond promptly to inquiries or complaints with alternate solutions. Cover other hotel areas as needed, document guest accidents via accident report forms, and complete maintenance logs for reported complaints. Maintain all front desk areas and greet guests in a friendly, warm manner. Handle cash, credit card procedures, and math concepts while ensuring accuracy. Work a night shift rotating schedule at Regency Hotel Management locations.
