Night Auditor

Night Auditor at Cambria Hotel Philadelphia Downtown responsible for checking guests in/out during the 11pm-7am shift, providing exceptional front-desk guest service, and acting as a knowledge source for hotel amenities and local area information. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, ensuring proper credit is received, noting and fulfilling special requests, resolving issues to WOW guests, promoting hotel programs, maintaining the house bank, generating and distributing daily/weekly reports, ensuring audit procedures are followed with attention to detail, communicating pertinent information to the on-duty manager, and assisting other departments as needed. Familiarity with emergency procedures and policies, and a professional approach to interacting with guests and hotel staff are expected.
