Job Summary
Night Auditor Associate, Part Time at Pathfinder Hospitality, blending hospitality with frontline sales to convert inquiries into reservations and deliver Platinum Service. Responsibilities include turning phone calls, emails, and walk-ins into bookings by communicating value and selling confidently; delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out; identifying sales opportunities during daily interactions; capturing qualified leads through attentive listening to company names, travel patterns, and referrals; supporting smooth hotel operations by handling reservations, payments, records, and issue resolution with accuracy and professionalism; maintaining a clean, welcoming front-of-house area. Requirements emphasize relationship-building, strong communication, multitasking, and a positive attitude; bilingual Spanish and English is a plus. Compensation: $17/hour with benefits such as holidays, PTO, health insurance, and additional programs.
