Job Summary
Conduct all aspects of Guest Relations including check-in/out processes, handling inquiries, and modifying reservations. Run night audit reports, provide recommendations for activities and dining, and ensure a pleasant experience for guests. Occasionally clean or assist other departments as needed. Handle cash and credit cards accurately while protecting guest information and resolving complaints immediately. Complete all Brand and Company Training and strive for 100% guest satisfaction. Flexibility to work in shifts and ability to work with little supervision required. High School Diploma or GED necessary; AA or Bachelor's degree preferred.
