Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Handle guest check-ins, assign rooms, activate keys, and operate the telephone switchboard for wake-up calls and messages. Process adjustment vouchers, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges, then complete the Room Rate Variance Report. Count and secure the bank, balance receipts, and maintain work areas while inspecting materials for cleanliness. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager, and ensure compliance with all company policies and quality assurance standards.
