Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Manage guest services by handling check-ins, assigning rooms, operating the switchboard, and selling accommodations based on availability. Execute financial tasks like processing adjustment vouchers, printing contingency lists, counting the bank, and balancing receipts per Accounting specifications. Maintain work areas, inspect materials, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager. Follow company policies, ensure professional appearance, and comply with quality assurance standards while lifting objects under 25 pounds.
