Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Manage guest check-ins, assign rooms, activate keys, and operate the telephone switchboard for wake-up calls and messages. Complete the Room Rate Variance Report, count and secure the bank, and balance receipts per Accounting specifications. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain work areas while reporting accidents and unsafe conditions. Ensure uniform compliance, protect company assets, and adhere to all policies and procedures.
