Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and rolling the date. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit, and handle adjustment vouchers and correction vouchers. Manage guest check-ins, assign rooms, and operate the electronic key machine while selling available accommodations. Operate the telephone switchboard to process wake-up calls and manage guest messages. Complete the Room Rate Variance Report, count the bank, and balance receipts per Accounting specifications. Maintain work areas, stock supplies, and ensure cleanliness. Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the manager, and adhere to all company policies regarding confidentiality and asset protection. Welcome guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Full-time position at Residence Inn by Marriott Trois-Rivieres.
