Job Summary
Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and rolling the date. Process all payment types and adjustment vouchers, print contingency lists, and sell rooms to guests without reservations. Operate the telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, manage guest check-ins, and activate electronic keys. Count the bank, balance receipts, and maintain work areas while reporting accidents and unsafe conditions. Welcome guests, address service needs, and comply with quality assurance standards. Full-time schedule with no remote work option.
