Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Manage guest services by handling check-ins, assigning rooms, operating the switchboard, and selling accommodations without reservations. Process adjustment vouchers, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges while completing the Room Rate Variance Report. Count the bank, balance and drop receipts, and activate or reissue room keys using the electronic key machine. Maintain work areas, stock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and presentation of all materials. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Comply with quality assurance expectations and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
