Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Handle guest check-ins, assign rooms, operate the switchboard, and process wake-up calls while selling available accommodations. Complete the Room Rate Variance Report, count the bank, balance receipts, and maintain work areas and key stock. Report accidents and injuries to the manager, ensure uniform compliance, and adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards. Work full-time at Residence Inn by Marriott Trois-Rivieres, supporting guests with disabilities and maintaining professional communication throughout the shift.
