Handle adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, and miscellaneous charges. Sell rooms to guests without reservations based on availability. Operate the telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, and manage guest messages. Process guest check-ins, assign rooms, and activate or reissue keys. Count the bank, balance receipts, and secure them per specifications. Print contingency lists and complete the Room Rate Variance Report. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas while inspecting materials. Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the manager. Welcome guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
