Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and rolling the date. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit, and handle adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, and correction vouchers. Manage guest check-ins, assign rooms, and operate the electronic key machine while selling available accommodations. Operate the telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, and handle messages. Complete the Room Rate Variance Report, count the bank, and balance receipts per accounting specifications. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain work area cleanliness. Report accidents and injuries to the manager. Full-time position with no supervision experience required.
