Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and rolling the date. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit cards. Manage guest check-ins, assign rooms, and operate the electronic key machine while selling available accommodations. Handle telephone switchboard requests, wake-up calls, and messages. Complete the Room Rate Variance Report, count the bank, and balance receipts per Accounting specifications. Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the manager. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain work area cleanliness.
