Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Manage guest services by handling check-ins, assigning rooms, activating keys, operating the switchboard, and selling rooms without reservations. Complete financial reporting by processing adjustment vouchers, variance reports, and balancing the bank at shift end. Maintain work areas, stock supplies, and ensure cleanliness before use. Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the manager while adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards. Welcome guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities using professional language and etiquette.
