Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Post charges to accounts, run night audit backups, roll the date, and process all payment types including room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Handle adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges while printing contingency lists for emergency guest records. Sell rooms to walk-in guests, operate the telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, and manage messages. Execute guest check-ins, assign rooms, activate keys, count the bank, and balance receipts per Accounting specifications. Maintain work areas, inspect materials, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager. Welcome guests, address service needs, and comply with quality assurance standards. Full-time schedule; less than one year of related experience required.
