Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Handle guest check-ins, assign rooms, and operate the telephone switchboard to process wake-up calls and messages. Sell available rooms to guests without reservations, activate electronic keys, and count the bank at shift's end. Complete the Room Rate Variance Report, balance and drop receipts, and print contingency lists for emergency records. Welcome and acknowledge all guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities while maintaining confidentiality and following company policies. This role supports the Residence Inn by Marriott Trois-Rivieres, where spacious suites and equipped kitchens cater to long-stay travelers.
