Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Handle guest check-ins, assign rooms, issue electronic keys, and operate the telephone switchboard for wake-up calls and messages. Complete the Room Rate Variance Report, count the bank, and balance receipts per Accounting specifications. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain work area cleanliness. Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the manager. Full-time position with a salary of $26.99/hour at Residence Inn by Marriott Trois-Rivieres.
