Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, and checks. Manage guest interactions by handling check-ins, assigning rooms, operating the switchboard, and selling accommodations without reservations. Process adjustment vouchers, print contingency lists, count the bank, and balance receipts per Accounting specifications. Maintain work areas, stock supplies, and ensure cleanliness before use. Report accidents and injuries to the manager while adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.
