Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and rolling the date. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit, and handle adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, and miscellaneous charges. Manage guest check-ins, assign rooms, and operate the electronic key machine while selling accommodations without reservations. Operate the telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, and handle guest messages. Complete the Room Rate Variance Report, count the bank, and balance receipts per Accounting specifications. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain work areas and material cleanliness. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager. Follow company policies, ensure professional appearance, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. This role is part of the Residence Inn by Marriott Trois-Rivieres team, which supports long-stay guests with spacious suites and full kitchens.
