Post charges to accounts, run night audit backups, and roll the date. Process all payment types including room charges, cash, checks, and credit cards. Handle adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, and correction vouchers. Sell rooms to guests without reservations based on availability. Operate the telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, and manage guest messages. Complete the Room Rate Variance Report and count the bank at shift end. Perform guest check-ins, assign rooms, and activate keys using the electronic machine. Balance and drop receipts per Accounting specifications. Maintain work areas, stock supplies, and inspect materials for cleanliness. Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the manager. Welcome guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Comply with all company policies, quality assurance standards, and safety procedures.
